- Unmarried Male: 175 Posts
- Unmarried Female: 14 Posts
- Widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel: 02 Posts
Education Qualification: Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of Engineering Degree course are eligible to apply. Candidates studying in the final year of Engineering degree course should be able to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination along with marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 Oct 2022 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Such candidates will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA) as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.
Educational Qualification for widows of defence personnel who died in harness: SSC W Non Tech Non UPSC: Graduation in any discipline.
Age Limit:
- SSC (T) 58 Men: 20 to 27 years old
- SSCW (T) 30 Women: 35 years
- Date of birth should lie between: As per cut off date
Physical Standards:
For Men
- Height: 157.5 cms
- Weight: As per Height
For Women:
- Height: 152 cms
- Weight: 42 kg
- Running 2.4 Km in 15 minutes
- 13 push ups
- 25 sit ups
- 6 chin ups
- 3-4 metres rope climbing

Selection Process:
- Shortlisting of applications: Candidates are shortlisted on basis of their marks (upto 6th semester for engg degree, 2nd sem for M.Sc Comp Sc, 8th semester for Architecture)
- SSB Interview: It will be a 5 days process comprising of two stages I, and II. Indian Army SSC Tech SSB Interview.
